Chris Kuenne
Mr. Kuenne founded Rosetta in 1998 and has been its president since the company's inception. Earlier in his career, Chris spent 10 years in marketing management at Johnson & Johnson leading the Band Aid and Tylenol Brands franchises, in addition to helping pioneer category management. Subsequently, he was a partner at First Manhattan Consulting Group where he led its retail marketing practice.
Throughout Chris' 25-year marketing career, he has been focused on driving more effective marketing through the discovery and deployment of scalable consumer insights. This obsession motivated him to found Rosetta and pilot its aggressive growth trajectory.
Chris has written numerous articles and given speeches on applying Personality-based sales and marketing to the pharmaceutical, financial services, and consumer packaged goods industries. Chris received his MBA from Harvard University with honors and his BA from Princeton University.
Len Pagon
Len Pagon is the Vice Chairman of Rosetta and the former President and CEO of Brulant, Inc. Prior to being acquired by Rosetta, Brulant was the 25th largest Interactive Agency in North America. Over the last seven years, Brulant grew at a compound growth rate of 65% as a result of Brulant’s ability to fuse the creative design and internet marketing capabilities of an interactive agency with deep technology expertise and “Big 5” management consulting firm knowledge and approach. Brulant was a three-time Inc. 500 winner, eight-time Weatherhead 100 winner, and a five-time NorthCoast 99 winner.
In his current role at Rosetta, Len is in charge of strategic growth and expansion and oversees mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Len is also charged with helping scale strategic partnerships with IBM, Microsoft, and others. During Len’s tenure as President and CEO of Brulant, Brulant made a number of successful acquisitions and spinouts. He was also the lead in negotiating Brulant’s merger with Rosetta.
Len is an active executive committee member for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is a founder and board member for PerceptIS, a technology services and outsourcing firm. He has received various awards and earned significant recognition for being a leading entrepreneur and high-growth business leader. Len was named the 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and to Crain’s Cleveland Business annual “Who’s Who in Technology” and “40 under 40” lists. He was also placed in his high school’s alumni Hall of Fame in 2000.
Kurt Holstein
Mr. Holstein helped start Rosetta in 1998 with Chris Kuenne. Kurt manages Rosetta's Healthcare and Communications, Technology & Media (CTM) verticals as well as the agency's Creative, Financial and IT functions.
Prior to starting Rosetta, Kurt spent 16 years at Procter & Gamble. Early in his career he worked in the emerging marketing analysis/decision support area where he helped incorporate the very first store-level scanner data into sophisticated marketing analysis tools. He then spent 12 years in marketing management helping build many of P&G's major consumer healthcare brands like Crest, Scope, and Pepto-Bismol and several of P&G's pharmaceutical brands.
Kurt is a frequent industry speaker as well as a guest lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management and both the Engineering School and Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He received his BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
Brad Wertz
Brad manages the day-to-day tactical and strategic operation of the firm. Eric Cantini
Eric is a Partner in the Creative and Customer Experience practice. Eric has a strong understanding of the online channel and interactive marketing, including paid search advertising, email strategies and organic search optimization. He has delivered positive business results across a wide breadth of consumer-facing technology solutions, leading integrated teams of experts in user experience, creative design, information architecture, and application design and development. Kate Clegg
Kate has 17-plus years of experience in the general marketing communications sector. Prior to joining Rosetta, she was a Principal at Media First Public Relations, a national media relations firm, where she worked with clients to develop and in turn drive their messaging through targeted media channels. Nathan Carmon

Richard DeMilt
Richard DeMilt was formerly worldwide Controller of Ogilvy & Mather, with $2 billion in annual revenue. Over his 20-year career at Ogilvy, Rich implemented a worldwide consolidation and reporting system, client-level accounting, time and reporting systems, and automation of all financial reporting.
Rich has deep agency experience in analyzing acquisitions, strategic planning, and forecasting and budgeting. Prior to Ogilvy, Rich worked for the public accounting firm Touche Ross & Co.
Rich lives in Cranbury, New Jersey, with his wife Mary and three children.
Leslie Donovan
Leslie Donovan joined Rosetta in February 2006 as an Agency Partner in the Healthcare vertical. Her twenty years of insight-driven relationship marketing experience spans pharmaceuticals, travel & leisure, consumer packaged goods, financial services & insurance, and automotive. Leslie has built a reputation for delivering high impact marketing solutions that integrate insights, strategy, execution, and optimization.
Prior to joining Rosetta, Leslie was a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Targetbase leading the Procter & Gamble, Southwest Airlines and various pharmaceutical accounts. Her career background also includes extensive agency experience in general advertising, brand building, customer acquisition and loyalty, sales promotion, special event marketing and retail marketing.
Leslie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University with majors in International Business and Spanish. She was one of 50 executive women featured in the business book Mother Leads Best, about how women are changing the way organizations define leadership. She has served on the Board of the Girl Scouts of Texas and is currently on the Board of GLAAD.
Richard Drab
Rich provides engagement leadership and drives business development primarily in the Midwest region and is responsible for leading Rosetta’s Chicago office. Rich is a results-oriented professional whose industry experience spans financial services, retail and telecommunications industries. During his career, Rich has focused on developing online sales and service solutions that are integrated effectively across multiple distribution channels. He has a deep understanding of the online channel and customer tendencies on the web. Mark Eckman

Paul Elliott
Paul is the Partner in charge of Rosetta's Acquisition Marketing Practice. Greg Ellis
Rosetta Healthcare Senior Partner with 20+ year record of accomplishment in building profitable information, analysis and research businesses spanning DoubleClick, Opinion Research Corp.(ORC), A.C. Nielsen Co., IRI and Standard & Poors/DRI. Greg has emerged as a leading authority in applying information and analysis to inform marketing decisions and improve marketing effectiveness. As COO, he managed ORC’s global research business, growing revenues from $35 million to $160 million in less than 5 years.
Greg holds a BS with University Honors and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
Ned Elton
Ned leads the Financial Services vertical for Rosetta. He joined Rosetta in 2001 and has been a key figure in building the Agency’s personalized marketing capabilities. His deep content expertise comes from over twenty years running businesses and managing marketing in consumer package goods and financial services. Ned spent 7 years at Procter & Gamble in various marketing capacities most notably as Global Brand Manager for P&G's Snack Food business responsible for implementing global advertising and marketing strategies and as Brand Manager within P&G’s interactive marketing/sales team where he executed their first online promotion (increasing sales versus BAU by 55%!). He was co-founder of N2W Media, an entrepreneurial venture focused on generating trial and awareness for new products on the Internet. Ned also spent three years working for a New York based Investment Bank specializing in deriving investment return from bankrupt and distressed securities.
Ned has developed multiple Rosetta best practices while leading the Agency’s largest financial services engagements. He brings a passion for marketing analytics and consumer insights along with deep experience in translating those insights into more effective marketing campaigns. He has applied his content expertise to projects in most financial services product categories including deposit products, lending, investments, small business and credit cards.
Ned has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
Manuel Glynias
Manuel has more than 20 years of software development experience and more than 10 years of experience working with Java and Open Source technologies. Manuel has been involved in entrepreneurial software efforts since the mid-1980’s, and founded his first company while still in graduate school. He was the founder and CEO of NetGenics, a Cleveland-based bioinformatics company, where he raised over $50 million of venture capital, and managed the growth of the company to 100 employees in 5 offices in the U.S. and Europe. NetGenics was sold to Lion bioscience in 2002.
Rick Greenberg
Rick focuses on helping Rosetta’s banking, credit card, and insurance clients use deep consumer insight to improve every aspect of their marketing approach. He has over fifteen years experience in general, direct and interactive marketing, and in that time has developed insight-driven programs and strategies for brands in the financial services, consumer goods, and consumer technology categories.
Prior to Rosetta, Rick spent five years in brand management at Procter & Gamble and Unilever, and over six years in senior marketing services roles at such companies as Cordiant Communications Group and Madison Direct Marketing – where he helped clients develop and implement direct mail and interactive marketing solutions.
Rick holds a BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jim Halliday
Jim has been at Rosetta for more than seven years, working across our Healthcare and our Communications, Technology and Media verticals. He has been a key member of these teams, creating a winning combination of bringing actionable consumer insights together with measurably-superior relationship marketing programs.
At Rosetta, Jim focuses on bringing our proprietary segmentation solutions and other consumer insights in-market across all channels, and has particular passion and expertise for Internet-based customer & prospect touch-points. Prior to Rosetta, Jim spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble, helping develop and launch many new CPG products, particularly within health care (Crest toothpaste, Crest WhiteStrips, Ivory and Coast soaps), with roles in Operations, Logistics, Product Development, and New Product Launch. He also spent 1.5 years at US Interactive, a leading interactive professional services firm, designing and launching B2B and B2C website.
Jim has an MBA from Kenan-Flagler and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University.
Shannon Hartley
Shannon was an early Rosetta client and is now a partner in the Healthcare vertical. She has over 15 years of marketing strategy and market research experience that spans consumer package goods and pharmaceuticals.
She joined Rosetta from Bristol-Myers Squibb where she led global market research teams in the neuroscience, cardiovascular and consumer medicines businesses. She was instrumental in the launch of blockbuster antipsychotic drug Abilify. Shannon began her career at Procter & Gamble where she developed consumer insights to drive flagship brands Pampers and Tide. She also created the first approach to linking consumer shopping needs, attitudes and behaviors with P&G brand insights to drive profitable growth for both retailers and brands. She pioneered the role of market research strategist working on dedicated P&G retailer customer teams with the Wal*Mart team.
Shannon has a BS from Miami University.
Tom Kessler
Tom Kessler is a partner in the Communications, Technology and Media vertical. He has nearly 15 years of experience in telecommunications and technology related businesses including wireless, wireline, internet access, cable, internet services and others. He has been responsible for consumer segmentation development, and executing successful advertising, direct marketing acquisition, web site development, database marketing, telemarketing and customer retention programs.
Tom joined Rosetta in 2001 with most recent stints as VP of Marketing at ServiceMagic.com, which is now a part of IAC. Prior to that Tom was a VP at Sprint Long Distance responsible of all acquisition and customer management programs. Tom led the development and introduction of the ground breaking 10 cent a minute Long Distance calling program which drove double digit growth in a very competitive industry. He was named one of Brand Week’s Top Marketers under 40 in recognition of his business success. Prior to Sprint, Tom spent 10 years in product management at Oscar Mayer/Kraft managing a range of marquee and industry leading brands.
Tom has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and BA in Business from Carroll College.
Steve Kosko
Steve has over 15 years of Information Technology and Consulting experience, with a specific focus on how enterprise-wide business applications are able to drive value for both their internal and external constituents. During Steve’s tenure as an information technology consultant, he has worked as a developer, business process consultant, project manager, and account manager. Steve has implemented business solutions for Fortune 2000 companies across various industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products, Technology, and Health Care.
At Rosetta, Steve is using this experience to help clients transform how they market their products and services, particularly via the online channel. As the Partner responsible for Rosetta’s B2B Industry Vertical, Steve understands the unique challenges that B2B marketers face in today’s information technology environment. Kim Lewis
Kim has a passion for improving business results through technology implementations. Throughout his various project, account, and practice leadership roles he has demonstrated his ability to assist clients in implementing business application software to improve revenue and reduce costs, improve productivity, establish standard business processes, develop enterprise data consistency, and enhance communications with customers and employees. Jay Lichtenstein
Jay primarily works in the Communications, Technology and Media vertical but has been known to venture within other verticals as well with clients such as HSBC, American Greetings, and Lehman. Before joining Rosetta, Jay was the CEO of a start-up company called HeartWatch (www.247heart.com) where he took an idea and built it into a remote cardiac care service. Jay also spent a number of years as a marketing strategy consultant at both Monitor Company and The Cambridge Group. His work included segmentations, brand positioning, and growth strategies for clients in pet food, industrial tools, greeting cards, online auctions, online car buying, children’s toys, medical devices, various pharma products, investment advisory services, employee benefits, mass merchandise retail, beer (and other alcoholic beverages), and many others. Prior to business school, Jay managed a venture capital portfolio for Bank of America. He started his career with a 4-year stint consulting to some of the country’s top investment management firms (on marketing, M&A, and operations).
Jay is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and attended business school at the University of Chicago. Jay also has a CFA.
Edward Logan
Mr. Logan is a seasoned executive with leadership, global management and strategic planning expertise in virtually every key vertical, including: Financial Services, Retail, Franchise Operations, Insurance, Travel and Leisure, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and more.
He has experience managing organizations of over 100 people and $30MM in annual revenues while successfully building new business units and orchestrating the turn-around of troubled business units. By identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities as well as reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening existing processes he has been able to deliver more integrated client-based solutions . He has accomplished all of these things while exceeding both revenue and margin goals.
Mr. Logan is also a frequent speaker and panelist at marketing and media conferences in the U.S. and abroad.
Brian Lucotch
Brian Lucotch heads up Rosetta’s Technology Strategy and Marketing Operations capabilities and is responsible for cross-channel program design as well as implementation, infrastructure and integration architectures and program support and optimization. Through his near 15 years of experience in marketing operations strategy, technology implementation and CRM expertise across multiple industry verticals, he provides operational and technical thought leadership that focuses on comprehensive Interactive solutions which maximize our client’s return-on-relationship and grow their brands and businesses.
Prior to joining Rosetta, Brian spent seven years at Lante Corporation, a leading interactive Agency and technology consulting company. As a Principal, he was responsible for running delivery management operations for the Northeast region including B2B and B2C Marketing enablement, technology strategy and implementation engagements for a number of Fortune 500 clients including Dell, Microsoft, AON, New York Life, Metlife, Dupont Dow, Lotus/IBM and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also acted as interim CTO for a number of successful startup, online businesses and led or assisted in the development of corporate business plan, governance and center of excellence model design and global technical & implementation strategies. Prior to joining Lante, Brian led development and testing of robotic and high-throughput screening operations and efforts at Wyeth-Ayerst Research.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University.
Hari Mahadevan, Ph.D.
Dr. Mahadevan leads the Healthcare vertical for Rosetta. He brings a wealth of relevant expertise to Rosetta, with over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles across virtually the entire pharmaceutical business system including process/clinical development, commercialization, manufacturing, marketing, and high-level corporate business unit strategy. Hari also serves on the faculty at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he designed and teaches a class on Healthcare Marketing to 2nd year MBA students.
Hari joined Rosetta from McKinsey & Company where, as an Associate Principal in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Practice, he focused exclusively on serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients in the areas of marketing commercialization, growth strategy, M&A, and R&D Manufacturing productivity. Prior to McKinsey, Hari helped create, lead, and grow a technical division at Celgene Corporation. In the early 1990s, Hari led drug development efforts at Merck & Company when, as part of Merck Research Laboratories, he was awarded multinational patents on the process used to develop and manufacture Merck's blockbuster anti-hypertensive drugs, Cozaar® and Hyzaar®.
Hari has an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of Business and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
Joe McCrone
Joe is a Partner in the Consumer Products & Retail practice at Rosetta. He is focused on helping his clients drive maximum value from the online channel by blending interactive marketing best practices with the appropriate use of technology and sound business decision making to ensure a measurable ROI is achieved. Michelle Mirchandani
Michelle leads account management for Rosetta’s New York-based clients. She brings to Rosetta over fifteen years experience directing the marketing of high-sensitivity healthcare products. Prior to Rosetta, Michelle was Executive Vice President at Medical Broadcasting Company, now owned by Digitas/Publicis, where she played a critical role in business development, client management, and marketing. Most notably, she managed and consistently grew MBC's relationship with the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, driving significant impact for such brands as Tylenol, Motrin, Topamax and Johnson's Baby. Michelle has also worked as an independent marketing consultant, helping clients develop consumer marketing programs with an eye towards true integration, better targeting, and improved business impact.
Michelle graduated from Harvard University with a BA in history of science and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Peter Paine
Peter brings to Rosetta over a decade of experience in healthcare marketing and strategy. Peter comes to Rosetta most recently from Centocor, Inc., a J&J biotech company, where he served as Director, Dermatology Marketing for Remicade – one of J&J’s largest products. Prior to Centocor, Peter was an Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Practice. During his 6 years at McKinsey, Peter focused on serving pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients in the areas of marketing and commercialization, growth strategy, M&A, and restructuring. He also served a variety of consumer packaged goods, internet, industrial and professional services companies. In the early 1990’s, Peter practiced law with the Philadelphia law firm of Drinker, Biddle & Reath, LLP.
Peter has a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, an M.A. in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
Jamie Peck
Jamie Peck was formerly the Executive Vice President of MRM Worldwide, McCann's digital and direct marketing agency. Over the past 10 years, he helped build MRM Gillespie from a $5 million to a more than $30 million agency.
His expanded core healthcare clients include Johnson & Johnson, BMS, and Pfizer, Inc. Other major clients are Verizon, MasterCard, and Microsoft.

John Pompeii
John brings a unique blend of extensive technology and engineering experience along with strong entrepreneurial and senior management skills. Eric M. Steinberger
Eric is a Partner in Rosetta’s Communications, Technology and Media Vertical. He brings over fifteen years experience in various leadership roles across a spectrum of marketing disciplines including marketing strategy, acquisition, retention and cross-sell programs, product development, product management, loyalty marketing, interactive and relationship marketing.
Prior to Rosetta, Eric spent several years at America Online first as Director of Retention Marketing where he focused on engaging existing members on AOL’s products and services and later as head of all AOL’s phone-based acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Eric spent five years at American Express starting in the Strategic Planning Group where he worked on a variety of business strategy projects across the corporation reporting into the Office of the Chief Executive and later as Director of Marketing in the Consumer Card Group where he first managed a cross-sell channel and then managed the Platinum and Centurion (i.e., ‘Black Card’) portfolios. Eric started his career at Arthur D. Little where he was a consultant in the firm’s operations management practice.
Eric has an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
Mark Taylor
Before joining Rosetta, Mark was the EVP, Digital Marketing Solutions at Wunderman. During his 8 years with Wunderman, they grew into an $800 million business and the largest marketing services agency within the WPP portfolio.
Mark is the architect of Wunderman's innovative Adaptive Marketing Engine and the author of Wunderman's After The Click strategic approach to highly effective online relationship marketing and has helped manage major clients like Citibank and Nationwide. He led the development of an SEM/SEO integration approach (Search Advantage) which has proven effective with Fortune 500 clients in industries as diverse as financial services and technology.
Before Wunderman, Mark was CIO for Young & Rubicam Advertising, and prior to that was with EURO RSCG worldwide. Early in his career, Mark founded and ran a technology and communications company called "Le Mac et La Plume," in France, where he designed and implemented database and marketing solutions.
Mark has a degree in Economics and Public/Business Administration from the University of Sheffield in England and lives in Chatham, New Jersey, with his wife Isabelle and two sons, Charles and William.
Jason Whitney
Jason Whitney has been a member of the Rosetta team for over ten years. Previous to working at Rosetta, Jason worked on systems development and integration projects in telecom and financial services at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Jason also worked in the marketing arm of a boutique strategic consulting firm specializing in financial services known as First Manhattan Consulting Group. It was here that Jason crossed paths with Chris Kuenne.
In 1998, Jason became a founding team member of Rosetta. He has a number of impressive accomplishments that have helped contribute to Rosetta’s great success. Jason has written our “segmentation bible,” developed our RM quarterback service offering, and has spent time working in each vertical. Jason currently co-leads J&J and Covidien relationships. Projects Jason has been involved in have won three James Burke Marketing Excellence Awards, a Silver Award from the MM&M Awards in Best Use of Digital Marketing to consumers, and a finalist spot in MM&M category Best Total Integration for Large Companies.
On the personal front, Jason has won two Leadership Awards from the National MS Society and is in the Dean’s Circle for his alma mater, Cornell University, where he graduated in 1994. Jason also lectures regularly at Cornell’s Johnson School of Business.
Scott Young
Scott has more than 18 years in the consulting industry. During his career, Scott has worked with clients across multiple industries, but his experience over the past 7 years has been focused on providing unique business solutions to some of the industry’s leading retail and consumer products companies. Scott’s focus is finding ways for his clients to optimize their web channel along with creating a consistent multi-channel experience. Scott provides leadership in e-business strategy development, e-commerce implementations, technology assessment and selection, and large technology integrations. Scott’s core role within Brulant is to maintain executive client relationships and ensure the quality of client engagements. Scott is a Partner in Rosetta’s Retail and Consumer Goods Practice and is also very active in the community, serving on multiple charity / civic boards. download pdf profile >>
