Meet Sujai
Sujai joined us from Case Western Reserve University where he graduated in May 2007 with a Masters in Engineering Management. He was an official Brulant team member by June 11th, 2007 when he accepted the role of Business Analyst in our Microsoft practice. In a short period of time Sujai has been able to get involved in many different aspects of our business. He works closely with clients, like Sallie Mae, to understand their business problems and act as a point person to translate these into functional and technical specifications. He also works with our Partners in our Consumer Products & Retail practice doing project management and supporting them in some of their weekly operational and business development tracking needs. He is also helping them by doing market research, competitor analysis and website/online component analysis for the practice to understand key client information and opportunity details.
When asked what he likes most about working at Brulant, Sujai responds, “Of course, the people and the culture… and the many opportunities that are open for team members to take advantage of and convert them into great results for our clients!” He also wants to extend the following message to current college students considering Brulant as a place to work, “Have you ever heard of a company that gives crazy opportunities to experiment and involve yourself in, while at the same time, coach you and encourage you to do well? Welcome to Brulant! I have been given a variety of opportunities to contribute with adequate guidance and support at each baby step I took.
